The start of football season couldn't have begun any better way this year - one of our best friends Rick came over from New York (where they just moved from Texas) and spent the weekend here in Michigan with us :) The only bad part of the trip was missing my bestie (his wife) and the rest of their adorable family :(
Justin and him stayed up way into the night talking on Friday when he got here. Then their Saturday consisted of basketball and Buffalo Wild Wings and was polished off with a man night full of junk food and games that lasted till...ohh..3 am I think. Mormons sure do know how to have fun :)
We were sad to see him leave Sunday after the Steelers game but can't wait till next month when we get to see them again! So grateful to have such good friends that feel like family the instant you are reunited with them. So glad that a 5/6 hour drive seems so close now :)
