Every year during the Christmas season we take a trip down to the World's Largest Christmas Store not too far from our house. We meet up with my dad one evening and see Santa, let the girls pick out an ornament, and go out for dinner.
This year the girls were exhausted and got in a nice nap on the drive down before the festivities even began!
Although a little hesitant both girls climbed up on Santa's lap for a quick chat about what they wanted, if they've been good (to which Addy replied "no"), and a couple pictures :)
Even the first mid-western snowfall of the season couldn't deter us from making the trip and after a much longer drive home, a million cars on the side of the road, and at least 6 inches of snow we made it home safe and sound for the girls to add their new ornaments (Hello Kitty & Dora) to their tree, read a Christmas story, and snuggle up for bed after a very fun and eventful night that we look forward to every year!
