In December Brooklyn had her second piano recital. Since it was near Christmas she played a holiday piece and she did wonderful. She was so nervous beforehand that the poor thing had tears streaming down her face that morning while I was doing her hair. She was so brave and had prepared well so went she went up to play it went off without a hitch.
Her best friend Avery now takes piano from the same teacher so seeing her there I think helped ease some of her nerves. She loves music and piano and I'm proud of what she's learning, her diligent practicing, and the little musician she's becoming. I hope she continues to want to stick with it :)
And I think Addy just might want to start this summer as well :)
