a few weekends ago one of my best girlfriends from school was back in Michigan visiting and we had the chance to get together and hang out. it was wonderful. we've been friends almost 23 years...she's the one i called when i got my period for the first time, she's the one i'd dress up and pretend to be a model with, she's the one we'd draw out our wedding invitations with complete with who we were going to marry, she came and visited me at BYU complete with eye brow ring and all! she did make up with me on my wedding day, waited outside while i was married in the temple, and was my beautiful bridesmaid. she's the one i'd cry with and laugh with and a best friend i'll cherish forever.

Thank heavens for girlfriends. I don't know how we'd get through life without them.
