This past weekend we traveled to Justin's hometown for a friend's wedding. We usually try to stop on the way to break up the trip a little bit and we definitely got our vacation started right this time.
Buddy's pizza has been a family favorite of my dad's and his family for decades. My dad grew up having family dinners together on Sunday and sometimes when grandma didn't want to cook - this is what they picked up! We stopped by their original location for dinner before we took off on our trip. It definitely doesn't disappoint. It actually has been rated by Food Network as one of the top 5 pizzas places in the nation. Love it!
Since this month just happens to be my dad's birthday we also celebrated with cake and ice cream afterwards. With our bellies full to the brim the girls quickly passed out in the car while Justin and I got to enjoy some peace and quiet while we finished our drive to PA.
