For the girls birthday we always are blessed to have so much family come up and spend the weekend with us to help celebrate! This year was extra special because Justin's older brother Jarrod and his family drove all the way from Washington D.C. to spend a few days with us. 

They are so sweet always make the effort to bring me my absolute favorite meal ever - a Cafe Rio salad. Cafe Rio has only been in the west but in the last few years it has ventured out and expanded to the D.C. area. Although my salad was over a day old it was the most delightful thing and I gobbled the entire thing down in no time!

We spent the week staying up late, watching Pens hockey games, eating lots of yummy food and trying to fit in as many fun things as we could together! 

We ventured down to a Children's Museum not far from here one day and the kids had a bawl!

Although I'm not exactly sure if the kids or dads had more fun ;)

Elle was in heaven as she was finally old and big enough to do mostly everything they had -

They have a fun wall full of different kinds of glasses that you can try on - we spent quite a while over there having fun trying on a million different pairs - 

It was the perfect was to spend Brooklyn's birthday and the only reason we got the kids to leave was a bribe with Sam's Club pizza :)

Another day we headed over to DOW Gardens to see the Butterfly House one last time before it closed for the season. The kids had fun coloring, making puppets, and taking pictures together!

The rest of the week was spend riding bikes, playing outside, and having bonfires almost every night. 

Here are all the kids with Uncle Jonny - he's a popular one amongst the cousins and he is the best at making fires!
