Our BFF's Visit

Our best buds the Goettman's came to visit us! They are the kind of friend's that you can get together with and do nothing and still have lots of fun! We watched shows, played the Wii, went sledding, did crafts, played games, cooked, and tons of other things. It definitely made me miss the old days when they lived next door rather than a few states away. Here are some pictures of our lovely week together!Both the babies ended up getting sick right before they came. It actually worked out perfectly because both of them had runny noses together. Here they are enjoying bath time together. Brooklyn definitely loved having someone in there to play with her!

We all got a little glimpse of what it would be like to have twins(they are only 9 days apart)! Here is Dustin playing with the girls. Here's a pretty good picture of the girls playing. Kate is a little (well maybe a lot) more active then Brooklyn. So she would try to give Brooklyn loves, and pick her up, and pat her head and for a day or two Brooklyn would cry whenever Kate came close (I think her being sick didn't help). After she was feeling better she had fun playing with Kate and trying to keep up with her all around the house! The best of friends.One day we went to go tabogonning (sp?) but it was already closed because it had been raining and the snow was more of mush. But, the sledding hill was like all ice and we took the girls sledding for the first time. Brooklyn did alright (she didn't cry - just always had a look on her face like, "What the heck are you doing to me.") Kate on the other hand had a blast and laughed the entire way down the hill.

We were so grateful that they were able to come and hang out with us for the week. We miss them and can't wait to see them again!
